A. 14-Day Free Trial

We offer a fully functional 14-day free trial period to let you experience the dashboard features, test the scheduling flow, and view practice analytics risk-free. No payment details are captured up front during this trial phase.

B. Subscription Billings & Non-Refundability

• Billing Cycles: All subscription plans are billed automatically on a recurring monthly or discounted annual cycle depending on your preference.
• No Refunds: Because we provision immediate database computing resources and back up clinical infrastructure upon subscription activation, Orion Dentals does not offer partial or full refunds for active billing cycles.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the account administrative portal. Upon cancellation, your clinic will maintain full access to the dashboard until the expiration of your current paid billing cycle, after which your account will transition to read-only or deactivated status.
