Welcome to Orion Dentals. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Orion Dentals practice management platform, websites, and associated subscription services (collectively, the "Service"). By activating a free trial, purchasing a subscription, or accessing the platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.
1. Subscription Services & Free Trials
- Access License: Upon registration, Orion Dentals grants your dental practice a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the clinical dashboard according to your selected subscription tier.
- 14-Day Free Trial: Free trials are provided to evaluate the platform�s core features. Upon expiration of the 14-day evaluation period, continued access to write or modify clinical records will require a valid, recurring paid subscription subscription setup.
2. Multi-Tenant Data Security & Privacy
- Data Ownership: Your practice retains absolute ownership over all patient records, medical histories, and clinical inventory data inputted into the cloud system.
- Data Isolation: Orion Dentals utilizes automated database layer Row-Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure complete structural data isolation. Under no circumstances can data from one clinic organization be read or accessed by another tenant.
- HIPAA & Compliance Responsibility: While Orion Dentals implements strict encryption and secure data hosting protocols, your practice remains fundamentally responsible for ensuring administrative compliance regarding patient communication and staff permissions.
3. Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Subscription Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or discounted annual cycle via our verified payment processors.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account billing portal. Access to your dashboard features will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.
- Refunds: Due to the provisioning of cloud database infrastructure and the availability of the 14-day free trial period, all subscription charges are non-refundable unless required by local consumer protections.
4. Limitation of Liability & Service Continuity
- Clinical Discretion: Orion Dentals is an administrative practice management and analytics tool. It is not a substitute for professional clinical medical judgment. The practice assumes full medical liability for accurate data entry regarding schedules, allergies, and diagnoses.
- Service Availability: We strive for a 99.9% platform uptime execution rate. Orion Dentals is not liable for data access delays caused by local network connection issues or downstream public cloud infrastructure maintenance outages.
